Question FPS drops

Hey guys,

I have a problem that started like a week ago while playing Apex Legends. While playing the game It will randomly drop to like 1-5 FPS and I can't do anything. Only thing that helps is to restart the game. I tried a lot of things, checking my GPU and CPU temperatures, checking game files, updating my drivers but nothing helps. I'm really lost and I don't know what to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

malware scan the system?

Spec:

GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
AMD FX-6300
2x4 GB RAM ( Not sure which brand)
Kingston SSDNow V300 (SSD)
Seagate Desktop HDD (HDD)
Seasonic SS-500ET T3

Yeah I ran a few scans, but everything was okay. I have 22 GB left on my SSD, but i have my game on HHD and there is 120 GB left.

Also i forgot to add, that when my FPS drops, my sound starts lagging too and I can't hear anyone on discord until I restart the game and reconnect to my discord server.
