So i build almost a new pc.
GPU : GTX 1070 8GB STRIX
CPU : i5-9400F
PSU - Deepcool 550W
RAM'S : HyperX Fury DDR4 2666Mhz 16GB 2x8gb
Motherboard : mot-asus prime h310m-a r2.0
Windows 10.

So I Upgraded my old pc with new parts.
I don't know whats happening with this pc but i got stutters or idk how to call them I play mostly VALORANT I Got aswell A 144Hz monitor Connected to displayport
FPS Is capped at 144 but when i play or see enemy or someone uses abilities i got fps drop from 144 to 130~120 its unplayable.. When i uncap i got almost 300FPS 250~300 but then aswell it isn't smooth and lags. i dunno why. XMP IS ENABLED IN BIOS
Anyone got any tips how to fix?e

As stated with an i5-9400F there is enough 500W For a GTX 1070 and whole system. As stated by one of who had built this pc.
I don't know much about pc's but are u suggesting to get more watts psu?

What did you upgrade?

Admirable
Is seasonic G12 550w would be good? Or I need more watts?
You don't need more Watt for this card. My 1070 has been running on a 550W PSU for 5 years without isses. Personally, I would get a better PSU from the Tier List:
I mean, B-tier should be okay I guess. I'm just very careful and getting A-tier stuff only is all.

As i see in B-tier list is - • Seasonic | Core GC / GM / GX
So i got a got deal for Seasonic GC12 / 550W should i take it?

Aswell Got a deal for Corsair VS650 PSU
So which psu should i get Seasonic GC-550W Or Corsair VS650?

do you have enabled adaptive vsync perhaps? your issue with unplayable 120+fps sounds more like frame skipping..coz 50fps+ is pretty much smooth unless frame times are incosistent
google incosistent frametime mostly ends up with results to closing backround stuffs

any suggests?
could be overheating, i have a 1060 6gb that only got one fan and its useless, when i play games i can use about 40-50% cpu usage before temp reaches 70+ degrees, i have installed afterburner and made a custom fan curve so it get a bit noisy but its staying under 80 degrees at 100% usage. Only bearly tho, its sitting at 72 degrees. Try checking ur temps and if its too hot u can use afterburner to make a custom fan curve to increase the cooling so it doesnt throttle.

If that isnt the issue you can also try installing the newest gpu driver from nvidia. This can help alot. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/
