FPS Fallout 4

I've got Fallout 4 at a constant 60fps at ultra throughout the game until I enter certain parts mainly boston common the fps goes mainly when I'm running downwards ( not upwards ) from 35-60fps anyone else?

Yeah, I have found it has had some major issues on the PC

fps totally stinks in cities in this game. its pretty foul.

The farther I get into the game (not even at Diamond city yet) the more drop outs I get. Lowest I've seen was momentarily 26fps while looking through a scope. Normally I get a solid 60. Most drops are only down to 45fps or so which isn't really a big deal. I do have god rays on and everything on ultra, FX 8350@ 4.4 and moderately OC'd GTX970

Yeah I got to diamond city, 4770k @4.4 and a gtx 970 and I saw 23!!!!!!!!!fps. This game is disappointing. Looks like FO3 most of the time. Running at 2560x1080 ultra with god rays at med

Yeah I have a heavily OC'd 970 and the lowest I've seen it get to is 35 in diamond city at ultra.

Got the exact same cpu just oc'd at 4.5 and a gtx 770 jetstream ( 4gb ) but yeah the game is very disapointing they could have done this for last gen with 360 systems it's shocking graphics wise not to mention the buggy part why my my character randomly start running awkward ways mid gameplay I'll never know haha it's pretty much constant fps of 60 at ultra then you get to certain parts of the city and the fps just goes mad there's 3 parts I've located in the game so far very annoying
