Hi,
So i've had this problem for a while now. I've got a brand new custom built computer at christmas mainly for gaming, i'll link the specs below afterwards. When i'm in open world areas or pan the camera while i'm moving my game spikes from 70 fps to 1-5 back up to 50 down to 10 and even 7 or 3 sometimes, and then instantly back up to 60 and sometimes even 110. I've done so much to try and change this, through changing settings on nvidia control panel, to running in basic mode, closing all my programs in the background, the problem still persists on low graphics. So basically the game literally 'staggers' every now and then and it becomes unbearable.
This doesn't happen however in closed off areas, in my ship i'm fine, in the fleet i'm mostly fine, in warzones i'm fine, but open world planets and areas are awful.
I've contacted the in-game support and they've given me all the generic solutions which i've tried and haven't helped, so i'm begging for any solution here. for those who can't be bothered to read the dxdiag:
