Question FPS Frame Drops.

Hey y'all I've been getting fps frame drops lately. I was playing cs:go and I lag when I get shot at or just by sitting in spawn.
Razer cortex says my min is 0 avg 84 and max 137.
What could it be?
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
32GB Ram

Are you running apps in the background? If you are try shutting them all down and just keep the gaming app active. See if that works, it does for me.
