Question Fps gets lower the longer I play

Hello, in games such as gta V, my fps will start out at around 100, but then slowly decline to around 50 on ultra, which given my specs is not very good at all. The same thing happens on Rainbow 6 Seige, where I would go from 150-160 on max to 90-100. Im at my wit's end because this problem came out of nowhere and I paid 1000 dollars for a pc that's greatly underperforming

inland 512gb m2 ssd
Gtx 1660ti

you expect the power supply to drink in sip for power?
Or you expect it to GULP?
