fps has degradded

my fps in games has dropped dramatically, in minecraft(with shaders) I usually get 110fps and now im getting 25fps I checked my temps on my cpu(i5 4690k) and my gpu(gtx 970) and they were fine, whats the problem?

whats datamining and how do I check GPU load, its not there in task manger

Oh wait I found it in Hwmonitor, it says max is 45%
