i have bought hp pavillion ab035ax laptop which has amd radeon R7 m360 2gb graphic card

i played witcher 3 on it and using fraps i measured that it was giving around 16 fps at everithing and quite playable but i watched the videos on youtube of nvidia geforce 820m playing witcher 3 at same settings at about 20 fps.my graphic card is higher and the only difference is my processor is Amd A8 7410 and his was intel core i3 and yes my drivers are updated so should i be worried about it coz i bought the laptops after watching videos of games on youtubes

Laptops MUST use slower hardware to keep from literally melting. So what the companies do is they take something like a R7 240, rename it to R7 360M, lower the amount of power they feed the chip, and call it a mobile GPU. Reality is, it is not much of a GPU on a desktop GPU to start with, and then if you choke off the power, it is much less of a GPU. But the number insinuates that it is a must stronger GPU, so people buy them, and then, like you, they get 16 FPS or 20FPS. Neither is good enough for gaming. In most games, you need 30 FPS or more to enjoy the game. The goal in most cases is to get 60 FPS.

Laptops, even with the slower CPU's and GPU's are still not designed to handle the amount of heat those chips will produce, so they will start throttling down to cool down, reducing your enjoyment even more.

There are some "Gaming Laptops" out there, but the good ones are big, bulky, expensive, and still slower than a desktop.
