As the title says, I'm having difficulties playing games on my gaming laptop, the GPU usage, which suddenly jumps, causes spikes and FPS drops, I monitored this via MSI afterburner. What could be causing these sudden jumps? I tried doing a virus scan with Malwarebytes, that didn't solve the issue.
The spikes are most notable in TC's The Division, I'm playing on low settings. However, the problem persists in other games as well (CS:GO, TF2)
Here are my specs:
HP Pavilion 15 cx0056wm
Windows 10 64 Bit
GTX 105Ti 4GB
i5-8300H 2.3GHz
8GB DDR4 2667GHz RAM
512GB Intel 660p series M.2 SSD

I also ran GPU-Z while running a game's benchmark, here's the log text file.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
UPDATE:
So after contacting NVidia, they told me to uninstall drivers and install the previous one, which kind of solved the problem. There are still subtle FPS spikes here and there, but this time, my GPU Usage stays high >90, FPS only drops when the GPU usage suddenly goes down. I did notice that this only happens when the game loads a new area, so could that be the problem?
