Fps in gta v?

I got a new gaming pc for a while ago and i was wondering what fps i will get in gta v. Maxed settings, 1920x1080

Specs

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970
CPU: Intel Core i7 - 4790K
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR3 8GB
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
HDD: Western Digital Desktop Blue 1TB
Power supply: Cooler Mater G750M (750W)
Motherboard: Asus Z97 - P

I dont really know what effects the fps so i just took it all ;p

With 8x msaa? You will get the fun thing that is the 3.5GB VRAM stutter. If you use 2x msaa, you'll be getting a constant 60.
