FPS in Half Life or CounterStrike

How can i see the frames in counter or hl?

two ways:
in console type the following:
netgraph 3
(or)
cl_showfps 1
-netgraph can be 0,1,2,3 ... if you have a slower machine use 3.


To turn either off, type cl_showfps 0, or netgraph 0
