FPS Inconsistency drop

i have a i7 6700k and a gtx 1060 6 gb, i mostly play CSGO, and before my fps used to cap at 300 and just remain there, nowadays my fps is averaging 150 and friends with worse cpus and gpus are getting more fps than me. what can i do to fix this?

all my drivers are updated BTW

Try unistalling and re-installing the drivers for your graphics card?
