[SOLVED] FPS Is low

Hey guys.
So for the past time Iv'e been playing cod warzone with a maximum of 80FPS and It wasn't like this all the time, I was getting a 120-140 few months ago, I guess It's something to do with the updates but I'm not sure.
Graphics card Is updated, setting In GEFORCE Is set to preformance.
I'm playing on 2K with a Dell S2716DG which support 144.
My CPU Is - I5-9600K OC to 4.4ish.
GPU - RTX 2070
16GB RAM
CPU COOLER NZXT KRAKEN X51
and when I play It's mainly the cpu Is on almost 100%

You guys know anything I can try?

Make sure Ray Tracing is off.

What are the cpu and gpu temperatures when in game?

Are other games ok? Can you run userbenchmark and share the public link to the results.

I would also try removing the gpu driver with DDU and then reinstalling the latest version.

I'm getting max 65-70 in cpu
in gpu about 50-60

originally meant for Ryzen, but seems to help with Intel as well.

See via the userbenchmark tool that you run an old bios as well. Updating that would be a good idea as well.

Also ram runs at 2400mhz when rated for 2933 so after the bios update enable XMP for best ram performance.
