fps is much lower than usual

So, some time ago i built a pc. It could run pubg at 50 fps medium settings and csgo at around 200 fps on the highest settings.
Since yesterday my pc can run pubg only at around 30 fps low settings and csgo at 50 fps high settings.
I dont know what happened but when i was playing the games i looked if there were temperature problems and everything looked normal.
I have a RX560 and an ryzen 3 1200 btw.

Yesterday i installed discord, a lot of games that were just in my steam library and i also attached a new monitor to my setup.

If anyone has an idea on how to fix this, i appreciate all help.

Was this new monitor higher resolution?
Also check to see if any windows updates were applied between now and when it worked right.

nope, they are both 1080p
and the last updates were about 2 weeks ago

I am going to delete all of my steam games and only install csgo, i have an old hardrive maybe that could be the problem all along

does the monitor still run 60hz?
did you plug it in your graphics card?

turn off discord, see if it helps, so is the new monitor for dual monitor setup?
if not, you can try to swap back to the old monitor and see if your fps drops.
