Question FPS is not what I expected ?

Hello guys
I have purchased my RTX 3050 the day it came out and i was looking forward to this new gpu.
It was doing fine but the FPS I get is not what I saw in reviews videos on youtube?
For example GTA 5 online had over 90 FPS and more on very high graphics but mine does only around 50 FPS on normal/high graphics -- Wtf?
Can i have help?

This is my PC setup:
MB: MSI B450 Gaming Plus
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X
GPU: Zotac Gaming RTX 3050 Twin Edge OC
RAM: corsair vengeance rgb pro sl 32gb 3200mhz
PSU: Corsair SF 600 Platinum

No good comparing YouTube videos unless they are using the exact same hardware as you, your CPU is on the old side and GTA Online is CPU heavy.

Not just GTA. League of Legends, Dota 2 and CS:GO all have lower FPS.

What case are using and what is airflow like?

Disable vsync
upgrade or overclock your CPU as well, then 90+ fps would be possible

You can compare your PC to the YouTubers' PCs ONLY if they are truly identical in EVERY way... and only then you can claim to have a problem with your hardware (if your results are poor).

Otherwise, it's not a fair or viable comparison.

Doesn't matter. Unless you have an IDENTICAL system, comparing with YouTube videos is pointless.
