FPS issue with GTX 660

I have a gigabyte motherboard 990FXA-UD3 rev 4, amd fx 8320 CPU and a nvidia gtx 660. I have tried reloading both display and amd drivers and still cannot get over 18 to 20 fps in games like rift. Does anyone have any other ideas? I have also tried to adjust my power settings thinking that might be the issue. Thanks in advance all

Use DDU driver uninstaller and download Nvidia drivers again
