Question FPS Issues with decent specs

I have a RTX 3050 and i5 11400H (Laptop) and I am having low FPS issues in Rainbow Six Siege, I tested benchmark and while using low settings it gave me around 110 FPS (average) it also drops to 70 to 80 FPS. I think I should be having around 160 - 200 FPS at least. At first I thought it was temperature issues so I bought a cooling pad it decreased my cpu temp but it wasn't the problem. I use my RTX as my preferred GPU so is there any way to increase FPS?

Yea that seems off, have you tried checking for updated drivers or reinstalling them for the CPU and GPU?

What are temps of the GPU and CPU running at?

I haven't checked if I updated my cpu and gpu drivers. I'll check and download the latest ones if there is. Well my CPU usage is higher than my GPU when I'm playing Rainbow Six I think it's because I use low settings so my CPU temp goes to 82 - 85

Download CPU/GPU-Z, HWMonitr, Afterburner, or any hardware monitoring program and post the temps for your CPU and GPU idle and during a gaming sesison.
