I run dual monitors and ever since the latest Nvidia drivers update I've noticed that I can't have a video open full screen on my secondary monitor without whatever game I'm playing on my main monitor dropping in FPS and stuttering a lot. This was never an issue before until very recently(I'm 99% sure it started right after the latest driver update).
