FPS jumps like crazy and animations cut off all of the sudden?

This randomly just started happening. I was playing L4D2 when I noticed the intro cutscene was jumping and the video was slow, while the audio was normal. Then while playing, the animations randomly jump, and so does my framerate. Can anyone help me? 🙁

Do a clean driver reinstall. Go into control panel-uinstall a program-uninstall anything with nvidia or geforce(if you have an nvidia) or amd and ati(if you use amd) then restart and go to the appropriate manufacturers website and download the drivers.
