For quite some time now I've been having massive FPS losses while having a youtube video open on my second monitor. E.g. from 140 fps in CSGO to <60 fps. (hardware acceleration has been disabled in chrome) and besides that I think I'm not getting the perfomance I could be getting out of my system. Here are two screenshots of CPU-Z and OpenHardWare while playing Battlefield 1.

I've overclocked my CPU from 3.2 GHz to 3.6 GH, yet I'm not an expert on overclockig. Do you guys reckon I could get more performance out of my setup? Additionally, any suggestions on how to stop the FPS loss while watching youtube videos (I think HTML5 in general), since I'm fairly certain my system should be able to handle that.
I'd be happy to provide additional information and would greatly appreciate any help.
