FPS loss in RIFT

Hey everyone, i got a problem with my graphics or maybe something else, thats why i'm asking you.

Here is my specs:
Windows 7, Retail.
Kingston 4GB 1066MHz DDR3 CL7
Inno3D GeForce GTX 570 1280MB2 (latest driver from nvidia.)
750 Watt (Think its a XFX, but not sure, will check back later.)
Intel Core i5 2500K Sandy Bridge (OC to 4,3 Ghz with the standard software, included on the CD)

Issue
So i mainly see a huge FPS drop in rift, when running on full graphics without Edge smooth or Super-sampling, my fps is 25 - 40.
My concern is that my Friend got
GTX 460 (768mb OC) i2500k 5 Ghz, Water cooled. Without - | | -, and runs RIFT just with 40 - 60 fps.

If you turn on super-sampling and edge smooth dose your FPS go up?

My Specs are:

G-Skill 16GB 1366MHz DDR3
Dual ATI HD Radeon 570
