Hello i have just upgraded my system her a week or so ago, and something seem to be off with my fps.

System specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x3D
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken Z63
Motherboard: Asus ROG strix b450-f Gaming
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x 16GB DDR4-3000Mhz timings: 16-20-20-38
GPU: PowerColor Red Devil rx 7900XT
PSU: Asus ROG Strix 1000WATT
SSD: Intel 660p M.2 NVMe 1TB
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 3.5" ST2000DM008 Harddisk - 2 TB
CASE: NZXT H510 Elite
OS: Windows 11 PRO
BIOS: 5003
Screen 1: Acer Predator XB323U IPS 170hz 1440p
Screen 2: Samsung C27JG5x VA 144hz 1440p
Screen 3: HP L2245w 1680 x 1050 60hz

Can't seem to figure out what the problem is?
then i load a game up the game is really laggy at the start then 2-3min later the fps i around what you will see later down my post.
The game is running around 60-70FPS then i start up any game and feels super laggy.

My FPS in games:
CSGO: 150-200FPS 4/3 all medium settings
Destiny: 100-110FPS 1440p high settings
MW2: 160-200FPS 1440p all maxed out settings
F1 2020: 160-185FPS 1440p All maxed out settings
WarThunder: 140-170FPS 1440p all maxed out settings

My temps when i play i around 65-70 for CPU & 60-70 for GPU

Might just be me who things i would get better fps, but i have looked a couple of videos withsame CPU and GPU and all are getting better FPS?

Anybody who knows a fix for this?
and sorry for my bad english hope you understand anyway :)

your ram is kinda low end / slow
ideally you want 3600MHz cl 16 with this processor .
but still you need to check your ram speed anyway because often it will run at just 2400MHz by default .
at the bottom left where you have "search" type cmd and press enter than copy/paste this command :
wmic memorychip get speed
this will tell you at what speed your memory is currently running .

you have very low FPS in cs:go (other games are not soo bad , on average 7900xt should give you 180FPS in 1440p - but not in every game)
which could very well be ram related (i encountered this problem before with cs:go)

temperatures are fine .

Okay, is the RAM also the reason why im getting FPS spike in games? Bc i might wanna upgrade the ram like you said. Just wanna be sure i upgrade to something that helps with that aswell. :)
