FPS lower or higher number ?

Hi Ya'll,
When Playing COD UO, if you type /cg_drawfps 1
the screen will display frames per second.
If I want the most fun out of the game should I have 60 fps
or 200 -350 fps ?
Which is better?

But sometimes more than 60 can cause screen tearing. Turn or vsync to get rid of tearing.

Your system spec.. 60fps is good.. but higher number is better in fps
