Question FPS lower than usual

Hi
recently I noticed my fps is lower than it usual is
For example in csgo It was around 250-300 with highest setting but now is 150-250 even sometimes when the game crowded it may drop to 120 which isnt normal
Or in NFS heat the cpu usage rarely went to 100 it was always around 60-80 but now it is mostly 100% and gpu too with a little fps drop
cpu temp under load is around 48C and GPU is around 64C
Cpu temp doesnt go higher than 49-50C which is good I guess
MOBO:MVIII Ranger
CPU=I5 6600K(Not OCed)
GPU=1070 G1 gaming
AIO=DeepCool Gamerstorm 240(Changed thermal paste recently)
Ram=2x8Gb(16)3200 MhZ(XMP is not enabled)
CPU clock is 3904
GPU clock is 1986
So what could cause this problem?
I assume it should be from CPU

Now the CPU isn't that high but still the fps is lower than usual

Just In Case it is, you can check to see.

Search up throttlestop and download it, you can check your temps with it (should be less than 90 degrees celcius while gaming and less than 55 degrees celcius when idle). You may have also set your multiplier lower than normal, with throttlestop you can change it by setting the multiplier higher with the right arrow next to 'set multiplier'.

Note:

1. Windows will prompt you that throttlestop will gain access to your cpu. allow it
2. if your cpu is thermal throttling, you could try setting the multiplier a bit lower and see what happens

I made the situation better but it is still not same like before
For a CPU-Dependant game like csgo the CPU usage doesnt go higher than 85%(GPU is around 45%)
But in some scene it drops from 250FPS to 120 FPS
There is a problem since cpu isnt stable like before But no idea what it is
I checked with TS but everythin was fine no throttling
I also checked with XTU it is fine

How old is it? Also isnt thus an issue with your gpu?

CPU is I5 6600K Probably 3-4
Nah GPU Is fine In Squad(Very resource demanding game)the usage of GPU is 99-89% and CPU 78-88% and fps is fine on epic graphic setting(around 80-90)
But for example in fallout 4 fps goes from 60 to 35-30
I dont have enough space to install games in order to test them(Only 23GB is free out of 4T)
I checked with XTU everything is fine
Monitored Both CPU and GPU temp
CPU doesnt go higher than 44C
GPU also doesnt go above 64C with 44% fan speed
But yesterday I Checkec CPU with Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool and temp went to 58C and VCore was around 1.326
I guess it shouldnt be from hardware but software
still a software that intrupt with CPU
I didnt install anything new I have no idea what could drop fps like this
