Question fps not returning to normal after overclocking my gpu

so it was my first time overclocking and i messed around, i did get some significant improvement but now my fps when playing borderlands 2 for example dropped to 30-35 fps, which is not normal because i used to get 60+fps before overclocking, even if i used msi afterburner to revert the performance of my gpu back to normal the fps is still the same. did something bad happen?

i ran csgo for 3 hours connecting my screen to a led tv to watch live matches if that matters
and also my gpu is nvidia geforce gt 730
any help is appreciated

How do temperatures and voltages compare to before overclocking?

well before i overclocked its around 40-50 depending what im doing in the desktop, but while i'm playing games such as csgo its goes to around 65-75, after overclocking its still the same but i get fps improvement. and about the voltage i didn't mess with that so i don't know the comparison.
