FPS Problem after i bought GTA V

After i downloaded GTA V on my PC, my fps have dropped on other games very much. Like in CS:GO i had about 140-180 fps before i had GTA V, but now i have about 70-100 fps.
I Have 371 Gt left on my hard drive. No viruses detected.

Here is my PC
Windows 10
Intel i5-2310 (with Intel cooler)
AMD Radeon HD 7770 (ordered gtx970 already)
Asus P8H77-V
8GB Ram

I Downloaded msi afterburner and i noticed my cpu reaches 99 degrees celsius in-game and 52 degrees idle. Cooler is spinning but what is wrong?

Now i noticed i dont have thermal paste. Can that cause the lag and high thermal?

Yes definetly lol, thermal paste matters yah from what i know, fix it asap 100 degrees is hot asf
