FPS Problem with GTX 1060 6gb

Hi im having fps problem with my pc. It uses gtx 1060 6gb and i5 6400 but it also use a cheap and old 4 x 8gb RAM (from 2012, i dont even know the brand). It feels stuttering and the fps is not what i expected from a gtx 1060 6gb. Is the problem could be from my RAM? or my cpu is bottlenecking my gtx 1060 6gb?

If the ram is from 2012, yes, its probably that. Its pretty old and the CPU and GPU are pretty good, they should handle it. You should buy new RAM-Sticks

How fast is your RAM? Being from 2012 doesn't make it bad (if it was your system would crash), you need to perform more troubleshooting. How busy is the CPU while playing?
