My Pc: i7 8700k, 8gb*2 3000mhz ram, msi rx580 gaming x 8gb graphics card, corsair 550w power supply, 144 hz monitor and the fps of CSGO is only 60-100. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM

I dont know. I bought it few days back 🙁 and the gaming performance is so bad. My mother board is z390 asrock steel legend. Corsair vs 550

Sounds like you just bought it, plugged it up, and started playing...

1)https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z390 Steel Legend/index.asp#Download
Update your motherboard's drivers here^.

2)Go into bios and enable XMP to actually run your ram at 3000mhz.

3)Download the drivers for the Rx 580 here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580 [DO NOT install them yet.]
Download DDU here: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ [After the download, disconnect your internet to stop Windows from installing default drivers.]
Run DDU in safe mode. Once it's finished, install the driver package for the Rx 580, and then you can reconnect your internet.

4)^Go here, and link your results.

5)Download HWINFO: https://www.hwinfo.com/download/
Play the game, and take note of your cpu and gpu temperatures while in game.

6)The VS 550 is one of Corsair's junk models. It would be best to replace it, but I need you to do the other steps listed above before jumping to the psu being the cause of the low fps.
