Hi guys!

Recently, my pc started freaking out and I get really low FPS in all of my games.
This all started after I switched to a Geforce GTX 1060 from my old Geforce GTX 960, and only got worse by time.
I tried reinstalling windows (Did it 3 times), but it didn´t work, it actually only got worse.
For example, Counterstrike ran with 400-500 FPS on medium in the first week, now it runs with 90 FPS (stutters going down to 20-30) on every setting. It doesn´t matter if its low or ultra.
I read trough 10+ threads and tried every possible setting, but it just gets worse every week.

I figured it is a problem with my CPU or an outdated soundcard.

Should I buy a new CPU, and if yes, which one? Is an Intel i5 enough or should I go for the i7?
Or is it actually a problem with my soundcard? (I heard some people talk about it, how CSGOs engine has some problems with sound)

My setup:

GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (Driver Version: 382.53)

CPU: AMD FX-8730E Eight-Core Processor

RAM: 16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz

Storage: 1863GB Generic S200 Hard drive ATA Device (SATA)
237GB Microsoft Storage Space Device (TMax)

Motherboard: BIOSTAR Group A960D+ (CPU 1)

Anyway, I hope someone can help me.
If you need more information of my setup, I´ll make sure to answer.

Ps.: My Realtek sound driver doesn´t update, I guess it´s because of the sound card.

Edit: I just realised my motherboard doesn´t support Intel. it would be great if someone could recommend one.
