FPS problems in all games

I am having fps problems in all of my games. I don't know why.
My specs:
Ryzen 5 1600
GTX 1060 3gb
8gb ram

What do you mean by saying "fps problem". Give more details.
Here you have few typical things you can do if you are affecting lower performance on your computer:
- reinstalling drivers
- cleaning it from not needed files/registry records/programs
- new windows installation

I mean like fps spikes/drop from 50fps to 160fps and it's awful to play with that fps.
I've tried reinstalling drivers and cleaning registry and programs. I guess i need to reinstall windows.

The lag spikes you are affecting might be also caused by the game itself. Bad optimization from the gamemakers is quite normal these times.
If you have Windows 10 you can try turning off "Full Screen Optimization" in game .exe properties. (It caused a lot of problems for players lately).

Cpu: 45°C and gpu: 49°C
In Fortnite, Rainbow six: siege, CSGO. I use 1920:1080

When i trun off Full screen optimizations from a game the game starts flickering green.

Disable Gamemode and Xbox DVR in windows 10 and do a clean uninstall of GPU driver and go back to a previous version of GPU driver, see if that helps..
