I just recently put together a PC that should be more than reasonable for most games I currently play, yet I'm getting unstable FPS rates through almost all my games. Keep in mind nothing has pretty much been done to the computer, aside from me upping the clocks for the GPU and memory by a ~170 and ~600 respectively. Even at their default clocks, the same problem stated below happened.
For an example, Nvidia's GeForce Experience keeps suggesting I at least put all the settings on High while also setting render distance to 6000, yet that barely yields me a FPS of 60 nonetheless a steady 60 nor 55; also the game feels minimally jerky (like a frame is skipped). Also, when I get into huge battles with multiple particle effects going off I drop down to about 40 FPS.
Air flow is great, GPU is clocked at 1420 while the memory is at 7600.
Listed below are all my parts via the dxdiag.
Things that aren't listed in spoilers:
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel
Power Supply: FirePower ModXStream Pro 600W 80Plus Semi-Modular High Performance ATX PC Power Supply 600MXSP, formerly PC Power & Cooling

Thanks for any help I can get.
