FPS problems please help

I have a brand new computer maybe a week old. I have downloaded some of my favorite games from the official sites. I have problems with fps in all of these games. these are at best under 20 FPS: planetside 2 and warthunder. Under 10 FPS: BF3, heros and generals, warframe. I have 8gb of ram, an amd quad-core a4-5000 apu with radeon and all drivers up to date, window 8.1 x64 bit os. I have unparked my cores set all my graphics to the lowest possible. I have done most of what I have seen on youtube and none of their solutions have worked or were poorly explained. any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need some more info feel free to ask.

I don't think there are any quad-core AMD A4s...
