Question FPS problems

I have huge fps problems on cs 1.6 on new pc
CPU i5 2400 3.10GHz
6 gb ram
amd radeon rx550/550 series
so basically when there is a lot of letters on the screen or when i press tab to check scoreboard i lose like 100 fps i have tried every ingame option and launch options but doesnt work does any of you guys have solution

Check integrity of game files if you have the game on Steam. Try to also reinstall the game if that's possible. Your computer is more then capable in running this game, so it is likely a bug.

i would agree that it sounds like corrupted game files and not any actual hardware fault.

if you go through file validation and/or reinstall and the issue(s) persist, come backand let the community know.

i reinstalled the game multiple times and even installed new windows 10 it just appears like my gpu isnt strong enough for this game whas i nonsense in my mind like on some maps my fps drops to 60 i know the game isnt optimized very well but it still makes no sense to me and when in more open space fps drops from 300 to 40,50
