Question FPS Problems

Ive started playing rust with my friend but my FPS is realy low and it doesnt matter if I run my Game on high or low graphics its stays the same around 40-60 FPS
ive tryed everything there is on youtube. Please help me

CPU: 11th gen Intel(R) Core{TM) i7-11700F
RAM 32GB DDR4
