Goodday,

So, i bought a new PC a month ago or so but for some reason i keep having trouble's and im pretty experienced as it comes on building system's..

Since it is for my girlfriend i choose to go for AMD. The setup is:

MOBO:MSI 970A Krait Edition
CPU: AMD FX 8370 (8Cores up to 4.3Turbo)
GPU: MSI NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB X
RAM:CRUCIAL 16 GB DDR3 1600MHZ
HD: KINGSTON SSD 240GB
POWER:COOLMASTER 600W

Since we have a group of friends Playing ARK Survival i wanted her to get involved but her earlier pc was to slow so i decided to get this setup.
When i installed the game all seems to look fine but when i run it and put it on High Quality it doesnt go over 26 FPS.

Ive tried the following things:

Ive enabled using all of my core's
Ive stabble overclocked the proccesor to 4.6GHZ Ive also Managed to get my GPU max cooling and TDI so it could get more FPS ( i didnt overclock max 65C temp ).
Now when i start it still stays 26 FPS but i still didnt give up...

Ive resetted my C-MOS because off all the overclocks would be gone (maby it wasn't as stable as i tought) so i've tried some other, Ive went into my Nvidia 3D settings and Enabled DSR with 20% This will get me up to 36 frame's a second. But im pretty sure this is not the way it is ment to be..

Ive been trying other game's and i seem to get like 60-100 FPS a sec even on bigger game's like GTA, BF1 etc.

I just don't seem to get it... it is only ARK Survival and im wondering if anyone knows a good solution to this, i dont wan't to remove the shadows/texture's etc

Hi thanks for the reply, i already tested that with HwMonitor and it seems to go between 30-45 (CPU) and GPU between 40-50, i got a pretty good cooled system so it wont go higher then that :)

i dont think this will solve any problem's to be honest
