FPS Reduced for all games.

My PC is 5 months old . Initially the FPS was good on all high end games like far cry 4. I used to get more than 60 FPS on medium settings and a decent 40-50 on high settings. But now the FPS has dropped for all games. Even if I play some old games like Assassins creed Brother Hood or Minecraft the FPS is barely touching 60.

Here are the specs:-

AMD fx 8350
AMD R9 270x
8Gb DDR5 Ram

My graphic drivers are up to date.

It might be throttling from too high temperatures, possible dust problems etc.
Or it might be if you've touched the bios settings, try resetting settings to default?

60-67 for Ryse son of rome with high settings at 45-50% use
50% for Minecraft with no shaders at 20-25% use

I tried resetting BIOS,, it hasn't worked.

*IGNORE THIS* The use of the CPU tells us nothing. Get HWMonitor or HWInfo and monitor your temperatures not the usage.

*REAL ANSWER* Those temperatures are not bad. Try updating your drivers.
