fps slower on new hard drive

added games to my second hard drive 1tb now games are fps slower. hard drive is WD Black Edition

So, what is your boot drive? SSD or HDD? If HDD, is it a faster HDD than the 2nd HDD? What is the difference in fps? I assume that you had the same games originally on your boot drive.
