Hi. i have been experiencing some FPS spikes while gaming games like Dying Light, Battlefield 4, Assassins creed unity.

it is happening like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3EZHr9cPpK8

here is my specs

i7 2600k overclocked to 4.4 ghz with staabel low tempetures
8 gb gskil RAM
Asus p8p67 motherboard
MSI GTX 970 4gb
Corsair SSD 120gb
WD Black 1 tb
1050w PSU
Asus xonar Audio card

It happends when going to new parts of map. Maybe some loading issue. I run and monitor the cpu usage is low. I use 7.12gb of my 8 gb ram it could be that.

Dying light uses 5-6 gb ram. The computer also stutters a bit after exciting the game. Could it be hard drive to slow? You can we in the picture that the gpu goes from 100% usage to 0 in a spike. But I'm curious about the product ram the game uses a lot

It's very unlikely that HDD has any affect on the game play. I would think that the issue is the RAM. Adding more RAM would probably help since you're using over 7GB.
