[SOLVED] FPS Stutter

I have the gtx 1060 and i5 4590 and before my ssd replacement I would easily handle valorant at 100fps all high settings, but now my game would stay around 80 and drop to 10 every second which makes the game unplayable. My gpu and cpu usage wouldnt even reach 50% use. I have tried reinstalling drivers and fixing settings in the control panel (NVIDIA).

So the issue started to happen when you got the new drive? Then that's definitely the culprit. Might be a faulty one or even a worse than one you used to own one. What did you use before and what are you using now.
