all my games are stuttering in random situations, and this happens every 5-15 seconds. i've been having this issue for almost 3 years and I already tried many ways to fix it but i couldn't find a solution. My drivers are all updated, i tried the format but nothing changes. I'm currently using GGOS but even on win10 the problem happens. I think it could be the CPU temp because i do not have a good cooler and my case is old. Any help would be appreciated.
