fps stuttering r9 380

So I was messing around with OCing for awhile with my brand new r9 380, managed to get it to 1100 mhz clock speed, and 1600 mhz memory. It was working perfectly fine then. Now after the new amd drivers, I ran a benchmark on valley and furmark, they both experience fps stuttering, especially on furmark, after it stutters it stays at like 46 fps, after being at like 11. When I was getting 54 avg fps before. Is there a reason for this? Any fix? Did I damage my hardware somehow? I only messed with my cpu clock and gpu, and right now my cpu is on stock, still experiencing this stutter :s. I would post a picture of the gpu usage graph, but I can't seem to figure out how. But the gpu usage dips down and doesn't go to 100%. Any reason why?

The 380 and 380X do not seem to have a lot of overclocking headroom from what I've read.
