FPS toggle settings in windows 7????

Hello again guys,
This time my question is a little dumb.

My specs are:

Core i7 870 2.93ghz
Gigabyte GA P55 UD3L Motherboard
4GB DDR3 Kingston 1333mhz RAM
ZOTAC Nvidia Geforce GTX 460 1GB
3 X 1TB Western Digital and Seagate HDD 7200RPM.
Coolermaster 650watt PSU.

I started playing Call of Juarez The Cartel, and its running silky smooth on 1920X1080 everything maxed out.
I just wanted to know about the FPS I am getting while playing that game.
How to get that setting 'ON' that shows me my FPS in one corner?

Some games have settings for that. For those that don't a TON of people, including myself use FRAPS: http://www.fraps.com/download.php

It'll take you maybe two minutes to download, install, and get your fps counter showing up in game.

Is it a freeware? Or its a trial version?

It's free, but it puts a watermark in the corner of your vidcaps and limits the recording length to like 60 seconds or something like that. I've used it for years and never payed for a license.
