Question FPS Very low in EVGA GTX 1080 FTW DT

Hi everyone, I'm having an annoying problem, I'm with very low FPS in some games especially Assassins Creed Odyssey, in ultra settings 1080p gets oscillating between 30 - 45 fps, I've seen on the same on youtube, settings that my 60-80 fps, already tried to reinstall windows, update bios, clean driver installation and nothing. What could be happening?

i5 7400
Asus Strix z270h
Wattercoler H100i Corsair
Corsair RM 750W
8gb DDR4
SSD 120gb, 2 HD 1tb

When you reinstalled the OS, did you create your bootable installer using Windows Media Creation Tools? Which BIOS version are you on? Might want to list which version of the drivers you're on. To uninstall your GPU drivers, you're going to need to use DDU.
