FPS was 59+ after update now lagging at 34

I have been tying to fix this problem for days.
Im trying to run warframe without any lag without making it look like garbage.
I cant even get rise to work.

Specs:
Gefore gtx 2 gb 560m
12 gb ram
i7

It feels like I should be able to make these games work great.

Hell even borderlands has lag spikes.

It was the nvidia update that helped now its back to crappy fps
