FPS While Playing Any Game With The 270x and FX-6300

I just recently started having a issue of extreme frame drops in any game. In battlefield 4 my frame rate will go from 50-60 to 10-20. I have been searching for information on how to fix this for hours with no luck at all and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas or information on how to fix this issue
Specs
CPU- AMD FX-6300 Stock 3.5ghz
Motherboard- Asrock 960g
Ram- Crucial 8gb 1600mhz
GPU- HIS R9 270X
HDD- WD Blue 1TB
Case- White NZXT Source 210
PSU- EVGA 500 watt silver certified

How the temperatures going, could it be possible you are thermal throttling?

my temps are anywhere from 30 degrees Celsius to a max of 61

Surely you are getting higher temps than that.

Are you using Liquid cooling?

What about the GPU what temps is that reaching?

uninstall the drivers and install the newest version and try a fresh copy of windows

I have tried that and i am still getting the same issue of fps drops

Surely you are getting higher temps than that.

Are you using Liquid cooling?

What about the GPU what temps is that reaching?

Nope my temps are in the range. And my GPU has never gone past 70 degrees Celsius.

try putting the card in another pci lane or another pc
