Unless someone has the exact same parts it's difficult to answer your question.

Do you already own these parts? If so download Fortnite and try it out! Let us know how it goes.

The slower 1x8gb will probably have lower performance compared to a 2x4gb @3000/3200mhz kit but with those parts, running at 1080P on Low settings I'd imagine 60 FPS would be achievable. I setup my friends kid's build which was a Intel G5400, 8gb RAM & a GTX 550 ti and was getting 50-60 FPS on the Low preset so considering your parts are a bit better you should be able to do better.

One thing you may want to do is make sure the RAM is running at the correct speed, do this by going into the BIOS and see what it's running at. It may be only at 2133 which will give you less performance then the 2666 so you need to enable XMP, DOCP or whatever it may be called in the BIOS for the memory to be set at the correct speed, voltage & timings. If it fails to boot after doing so then make sure the memory is in the correct slot, usually it's the A2 (2nd slot) for a single stick.

Not sure exactly, I know the difference between 2133 & 3200 in a few games though. Some were like a 25 FPS difference or if the FPS were similar the slower memory caused massive FPS dips that were fairly often while the faster memory had little dips and were rare.

Do you own these parts already?
No not yet i have A pc with single channel and a Ryzen 5 2400g and i want to get a gtx 1650 for it cause it only has 300 watts

I don't think going with the 1650 is a worthwhile jump over the Vega 11 iGPU, especially if your using a low end PSU that could be problematic.

I'd probably recommend getting this first. Follow the steps above I posted about getting it to run at the right speed.

Then get the 1650 Super instead as it performs much better then the 1650 (close to RX 580), the price is similar and you'll have a PSU that will actually support the system well.
