FR/LG - going by way too fast..

Well - I tried to take it slow but I finished the final four yesterday and
they were a bit too easy due to my killing a bit too much time and leveling
up too much. I wish there was another Pokemon game on the horizon for the US
.... Still a few more things to do anyway - heading for Island 6 today.

Any thoughts on who to use the master ball on - I am thinking the legendary
dog since I think Mew 2 stays in one spot once you find him...anyone know
for sure if this is true or if there is any other poke I should save the
ball for? Already have the birds - Articuno,...etc

I know in Yellow, Mewtwo remained in one spot. Do the birds remain in place?
I'm pretty sure the dogs roam around, so I'd use it there.

Birds stay in one place - happened on Articuno first and very unexpectedly.
