I'm planning my next build and it needs to be small so that I can mount the case to the bottom of my desk. I want to go with a Mini ITX system but I'm having trouble confirming that my components will fit. My current ATX system has an EVGA 850W G3 modular PSU, a MSI GTX 1060 6GB Gaming X graphics card, and a Noctua D15 CPU cooler. I plan to re-use these components and get a Coffee Lake CPU on a Mini ITX motherboard in a Fractal Design Core 500 case.

I've seen photos of the Noctua in this case and it's within the specs of the case, so I'm okay with that. What I'm not sure about is the power supply and graphics card. I've seen 170mm as the limit for the PSU and anything longer will interfere with the graphics card. My PSU is 150mm but is also modular so I have to factor in the depth of the plugs. I'm posting to see if anyone has built a similar system and can confirm that these components are compatible in this case.

Solution
ATX PSUs, up to 160mm in length (modular PSUs) \
Graphics cards up to 310 mm in length

GPU Length 277 mm

It seems like everything should fit, only concern would be a m-itx mobo where the CPU socket is too close to the PCIE lane causing the D15 to press against the GPU but i too have seen a few d15s on ITX mobos so, I guess it's not a big concern.

Thanks for your quick reply! I had seen a review stating that with a modular PSU it actually gets to be too tight unless you have a shorter single-fan GPU, despite the specs listed on Fractal Design's website. So figured I would ask whether anyone had done a build like this and could confirm either way.
