I am doing my first PC build and was doing all the stupid LED, power LED, power switch crap. When I finished all of the pins on one connector, there is a second connections stop that says like Speaker, and other audio stuff, but the only connector from the case i have left is HD AUDIO. I'm a bit confused. Could someone tell me ALL connections needed for a computer so I have some sort of checklist?

Well,only need JFP1(include boot button,restart button,hdd led,power led) and HD AUDIO(front audio panel).JFP2 is not important.

JFP1 and JFP2 are partial copies of each other, don't worry about leaving the power LED on either (or both) unconnected. Some chassis come with 2-pin power LEDs, some come with 3-pin (middle is blank), so MSI happens to include both.

Hey thanks for replying. The thing is I can't take a picture of my system, but I can show you the page of the manual that I was following./Users/oliviermardinian1/Desktop/Screen Shot 2015-01-05 at 9.13.44 PM.png
The JFP1 is done except for the HDD LED, I don't have that on my case, and the JFP2 has nothing in it because the only cable I have left is the HD AUDIO one.
Okay for some reason i can't add picture so if it isn't too much trouble I am supplying the link to download the manual and it is on page 36, that is what I am looking at. Thanks if you get to it!
