Fractal design define R5 case fans

Just wondering but do you think my computer would be better cooled via the built in fan controller with the case or should I plug them directly into the motherboard fan slots? I have an MSI gaming 5 motherboard

I'd use the fan controller so you can run them at a lower RPM for less noise. Only speed them up when needed. And I doubt it will be needed unless you live in a hot climate.
